These terms and conditions apply to purchase of goods on www.doxarun.com for delivery in Denmark and worldwide.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Our shop www.doxarun.com is open 24hours a day - 7 days a week.
It may happen we close the shop for maintenance and you can only make purchases when the store is open and available. To shop at www.doxarun.com you must be 18 years old and possess a valid creditcard, which we accept. If you are not 18 years old, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase. You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart/basket". You can right up the time of order edit the contents of the shopping cart, and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the goods. Any extra payments like shipping or debit card charges will first be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay. When you are ready to order, click on "go to check out" where you enter name, address, email, telephone number, payment method and choose delivery method. You can change the contents of the shopping cart right until you confirm your purchase by clicking on the button "Order and Pay". The purchase amount will raised from your account when the product(s) is shipped.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF ORDER AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you order an item from us, you will receive an acknowledgment (order confirmation) of our receipt of your order. However, there is first entered into a binding purchase agreement, when you have received an order confirmation from us.

LOCAL TAXES
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
NON EU CUSTOMERS
All prices are including Danish VAT. If you are a customer outside the EU you are not subjected to Danish VAT. The VAT (20%) will automatically be deducted when you choose your country at the checkout.
RETURN POLICY
As a customer you have a 14 day period, starting from when you receiving your order, in which you can start the return process. If the value of the item is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the size, fit and properties of the item, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the sale-able value of the item, and in certain cases this may mean that nothing will be refunded.
We recommend that you return the items in its original packaging including hangtags/labels. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the item. A money back refund will be transferred by the same method of payment that was used for the purchase. We will hold back the payment until we have received the item. Orders with free shipping that are returned by not accepting or picking up the delivery will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
HOW TO RETURN
You have two options:
- Return using a return label provided by DOXA RUN* - only available in Denmark and EU.
- Do the return yourself, without assistance from DOXA RUN.
If you're located outside EU - please chose option 2 - see below.

Return using a return label provided by DOXA RUN:

You will then receive your return label by mail. You will also receive a return form, which you must enclose in the package.
The price for a return labels depends on your location and it will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

Do the return yourself, without assistance from DOXA RUN:
If you are located outside EU or want to be responsible for the shipping costs and choosing a carrier yourself, you simple just need to print and fill out this return form. It's very important that you enclose this form with your return. Once this is done, you must return the package to this address:

IMPORTANT:
Your return shipment must always be send with distribution - regardless of the choice of carrier. We cannot accept returns delivered to parcel shops or other collection points than the address above. The package will be returned to the customer once again. We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package - just to be on the safe side in case it gets lost on its way. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.
WARRANTY
Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including lack rules. This means, that the consumer has 24 months warranty, that you can either have faulty product repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. Of course it's a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
The product in question must be brought to our attention no later than two months after the discovery of the defect. You can complaint by contacting us via mail: webshop@doxarun.com. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions. The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged due to usage or what is generally referred to wear and tear.
In January 2016 there were adopted a new legislation in relation to the Consumer Complaints Act. We will always suggest to contact us and solve any complaints but in case there is a dispute we can't solve. The above data is stored with information about the items you bought, for five years of the end of the financial year to which the information relates, see bookkeeping Act §10, after which the data is deleted. Did you set up login to be able to make self-service with us, your personal information and order information not be deleted unless you ask us to do.
Email adresses that we have received with your consent in order to send our newsletter will be stored as long as you either unsubscribe from the newsletter or ask us to remove you. When personal information is gathered on our website, we make sure that it is done with your explicit consent. Thus, you are informed exactly which information is collected and why. All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with consumer data protection legislation. We use third part beacons (Google Analytics) from Google to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website. DOXA RUN works together with other companies that store data, such as Mailchimp, Shopify, Quick Pay, SPY system, E-conomic, Webshipper, Viabill, PayPal and Clearhaus. Those companies are personal information only on our behalf and are not allowed to pass them on or use them for their own use. Information submitted to DOXA RUN will not be passed on or sold to a third party and we do not register any personally sensitive information.
